It was hard to find anything wrong with this place. We all had good, standard breakfasts served by an attentive waitress who looked like she’d been there a while. The weak link was the standard, boring “Wonder” brown toast.
If most diner coffee is a 5/10, this was a 6. The orange slice garnish, a small touch, was a nice addition.
The stand-out was the chunky, real home fries, fried with love on the griddle.*
*not frozen “tots“, not deep fried, not boiled and fried to a mush. Chunky and recognizable as potatoes. Nice!
