Breakfast at this newish, attractive eatery was uninspired, to say the least. The decor (at bottom) set it apart from a typical diner or greasy spoon, but the breakfast special was just about average.
The over-easy eggs were overdone (as pictured above), the home fries were bland and lifeless, and the brown toast was “Wonder”-ful. I think I remember the bacon being described as “weird”.
The waiter was attentive and the coffee flowed freely.
If you are looking for a diner breakfast in this general area, you’d do better 1.6 kms (1 mi.) northeast at Mars or the Sunset Grill, on Yonge just north of Eglinton.

You’re crazy. I love this place. If all you ordered was bacon and eggs, what did you expect? Try a special.
Craig, what was ordered was the special. We were there for breakfast. In any case the atmosphere etc did not fit the criteria this blog is built on . Take a look at the about section.
